The purpose of this program is to provide participants with an overview of core project management skills (communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution) and project management methodologies and prepare participants to take the PMP and CAPM credential examinations. The program includes an extensive overview of the ten project management knowledge areas: Integration, Scope, Schedule, Cost, Quality, Resource, Communications, Risk, Procurement, and Stakeholder Management. This program satisfies the 35-contact hour requirement participants need to qualify to take the PMP examination. Upon completion of the three days of on-site preparation, participants will be given a username and password to access presentation review questions. Each participant will have access to these questions for six months following the completion of the on-site portion of the program.
