Prior to founding Lotame, Andy was an executive with Advertising.com from 1999-2005.

As President of AppNexus, Michael oversees the company's global commercial functions, including Business Development, Sales, Client Services and Marketing. Prior to joining AppNexus, Michael founded and served as VP and General Manager of Google's DoubleClick Ad Exchange. During his tenure at Google/DoubleClick, he held executive positions including VP of Strategic Accounts, where he spearheaded and oversaw the company's landmark ad technology partnership with AOL. Michael joined DoubleClick in 2001 as part of the company's acquisition of FloNetwork, an email marketing ASP. Michael holds a BA from McGill University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

While at Demand Media, Wann has spearheaded the development of the organization’s monetization infrastructure for all of its owned and operated properties, as well as display advertising, site level monetization and product partnerships. Previously, Wann was the director of business development for Amazon.com, where he served as the strategic lead for the shift to digital content and online advertising.

Doron brings a deep knowledge of cross media studies, marketing mix models, attribution modelling, with 17 year experience spanning from traditional media planning to the new frontiers in digital media.

Heather Keltz is Executive Director, Ad Systems & Operations at The New York Times and oversees campaign execution on digital platforms, inventory management and the development of technology tools used to support advertising. She’s been with the Times for over 10 years. Previously she managed Ad Operations for Bloomberg.com and held print, television, and digital advertising positions as Playboy, Mediamark Research and Katz Communications. She’s a graduate of Penn State University.

Mr. Lopatecki co-founded Illumenix, a first-to-market video analytics startup that measures in-player audience engagement. At Illumenix, he grew the business from a concept to a successful product launch and an early leader in the video analytics market. Prior to Illuemnix, he served as an early Member of IPTV/Communications startup Calix Networks. At Calix Networks, he helped lead the development of multiple successful products, from inception to marketplace. He holds an undergraduate degree in electrical engineering and computer science from UC Berkeley.

Kevin McGurn serves as the Vice President of Advertising Sales where he oversees all agency and advertiser sales for Hulu. Prior to joining Hulu, Kevin led the national advertising sales and media business at NBBC, a NBC Universal venture marketplace for digital video syndication. Kevin’s past experience includes more than 10 years of online media experience selling to some of the world's most renowned brands. Previously, Kevin worked as the Director of Revenue at Revenue Science, where he led agency efforts for the marketplace leader in behavioral targeting.

Justin brings more than a decade of experience in audience data and analytics. At the Nielsen Company, he was responsible for spearheading the effort to enter the $1.1 billion online ad targeting market, expanding their client base from five to 20 in one year, including portals, TV Networks and top 50 ad networks. Previously, he served as vice president of market development at The Pluck Corporation, a venture capital-backed startup specializing in social networking software and services for newspaper and magazine publishers.

In his role at Collider Media, Todd helps publishers use the company’s comprehensive platform to tap incremental revenue sources and increase the extraction of yield across both direct and indirect sales channels. Todd previously served as Videology’s Vice President of Business Development and Emerging Technologies. In this role, Todd drove the growth of Videology’s ad decisioning platform by building strategic partnerships within the online video space, encompassing both agency relations and publisher development.

Dave Jacobs oversees the continued growth of display and text based third party publisher and monetization partnerships across AOL Advertising's industry-leading network, Advertising.com.  Dave also oversees the Advertising.com Group’s ADTECH division, which provides integrated technology solutions for publishers and agencies, across display, video, and mobile formats.  He is actively involved with the advertising community as a key contributor to industry events, publications and trade organizations.

Ramsey McGrory brings a diverse background to his role as CEO at AddThis. Most recently, he led Yahoo! display platforms, including the Right Media Exchange and US data business. He oversaw Yahoo!'s strategic partnerships with major agency holding companies and led a team that drove participation and growth of the Right Media Exchange which was acquired by Yahoo! in 2007. He is based in New York City, where he is active in the William J. Clinton Foundation, Clinton Global Initiative, co-founded billions.org and sits on the board of The Jericho Project.

In this role he is responsible for revenue, operations and creating a strategic vision for the company to grow.  Luke joined CDS as Senior Vice President of Strategy and Operations and oversaw the Sales Planning, Engineering, Platform/publisher business, Performance Solutions, and the exchange selling CDS Connect platform. Luke joined Cox Digital Solutions from IB Systems where he was the Chief Revenue Officer. While at IB, Luke was instrumental in managing all facets of the company to generate a positive net income.
