MCHEC - Vendor
Join us at our 19th annual event -- one of the largest Catholic home education conferences in the country! Each year, we hear about how much attendees appreciate the vendors! You give them the tools and inspiration they need for the upcoming year, and we are pleased to facilitate their relationship with you. We had nearly 900 attendees last year and are looking forward to another great event!
Vendor registration is online again this year. Your registration is complete when you have submitted your information, payment, and ST19 Tax Form (details on the registration form).
DEADLINE for VENDOR REGISTRATION: April 30, 2017
The University of Saint Thomas offers many amenities for vendors including:
- Anderson Athletic & Recreational Complex (ARC) – a roomy, well lit, air-conditioned vendor area adjacent to the main speaker arena
- Convenient Location (just 15 minutes from MSP International Airport)
- Curriculum Fair – Rental of an 8-foot table is $80. (Note: Space rental without a table is the same charge.) Tables do not include skirting or covering; two chairs are included with each table.
- Electrical access ($30 additional charge/outlet, limited quantity available).
- Attendee Bags – Whether or not you participate in the Curriculum Fair, you may send 400 catalogues or fliers to be included in our attendee bags ($25/per item charge)
- Vendor Presentations – Give a 45-minute presentation about your company & products ($50 per presentation charge)
- On-campus lodging (Reserve at www.mnconference.org/lodging)
- Free parking
- Drive up to a freight elevator that goes directly to the vendor area
- Fieldhouse Shipping Services – UST will accept shipped boxes between May 23-June 1 at no charge (see Vendor FAQs for shipping info)
- UST will also ship packaged, labeled, and pre-paid boxes after the Conference for no additional charge.
