Illinois - State Trade and Export Promotion (STEP) Program Seminar 

The Illinois International Trade Center at GSU and State of Illinois Office of Trade and Investment will host the STEP Program Promotion Seminar on January 17, 2013 at Governors State University. This informative seminar will provide STEP program application guideline, eligibility requirements, as well as introduce more resources available to U.S. exports.

Why is the program important?

It provides Illinois companies with financial and technical assistance through the federal Small Business Jobs Act of 2010. The STEP program is designed to help states support export promotion for small and medium sized businesses (SMEs).

The exporting ready, new-to-export and existing exporting businesses
