What I've Learned From One of the Largest Capital Campaigns in Sonoma County History

Description
Whether you’re in a campaign, planning a campaign, or doing a routine fundraising drive, you’re sure to pick up some tips from this up close and personal discussion. We'll talk about successes and challenges faced while raising $30M+ for Catholic Charities Caritas Center, and what lessons you can apply to your own work, no matter what your budget is or what you are raising funds for. Topics include: goal setting and mid-course adjustments, staffing, campaign communications, and most important, working with and preparing fundraising volunteers, AKA "the campaign cabinet”.

Join us for a robust discussion with plenty of time for Q+A!
