Stage 2 recipies: Can contain the following - one choice of protein, as many veggies as you want and/or one type of fruit.
Sweeteners: Stevia
Stage 3 recipies: Mix and match as many protiens, veggies, and fruits as you want. Add in all those fun healthy fats (Think nuts, coconut oil, alomond flour, avacados, Etc.) as well as dairy.
Sweeteners: Erythritol, Xylitol, Monk fruit, Etc.
