Storm Trysail Foundation and Sail Newport on August 15 for the Newport Jr. Safety@Sea Seminar.

Morning sessions consist of seminars and demonstrations and in the afternoon will be spent practicing on-the water drills

Topics Will Include

Winch use and line handling ~ Sail handeling on big boats ~ Man Overboard procedures ~ and more......

 Open to junior sailors aged 13-18.

~ Price: $40.00 per person BEFORE August 9th /  after $45.00

Price includes morning snacks, lunch, afternoon pizza as well as raffles and giveaways.

While PAYPAL is preferred, checks are accepted at the door, made out to the Storm Trysail Foundation.

Registrants, PLEASE take note of the following requirements

~ Bring  your PFD. The afternoon sessions will be on the water-drills.

~ Boating shoes only. No flip-flops or tevas allowed.

~ Pack sun block, hat, towel and bathing suit.

~ Bring a re-useable sport/water bottle.

~ It is IMPORTANT to check your local weather on the day of the event. Please be prepared for any type of weather.
