OLMF 2016 ANNUAL CORPORATE MEETING and LUNCHEON

Notice is hereby tendered to all Life Members that the Omega Life Membership Foundation, Inc. (OLMF) will hold its 2016 Annual Meeting and Luncheon at Caesars Palace Las Vegas Hotel, Las Vegas NV, on Sunday, July 24, 2016. Pertinent information pertaining to the Annual Meeting and Memorial Luncheon is listed within this notice.

 

Meeting Schedule:    
Friday, July 22, 2016  6:00 pm – 9:00 pm Board of Directors Meeting
Saturday, July 23, 2016 8:30 am – 5:00 pm Board of Directors Meeting
Sunday, July 24, 2016 9:00 am – 11:45 am Annual Corporate Meeting
  Noon – 2:00 pm Annual Memorial Luncheon
  3:00 pm   Board of Directors Meeting

 

Eligibility For Voting: (Must Be Pre-registered) 

All members of OLMF present at the Annual Meeting and that are Pre-registered will be certified for voting upon presenting membership credentials with the Secretary or his designee. Registration must be received by July 8,2016. There will be no on-site registration for the Annual Corporate Meeting.

Elections:

Two (2) At-Large members to the Board of Directors will be elected at the Annual Corporate Meeting. Incumbent Brother Lewis J. Sears, whose term expires, is eligible for re-election and Brother Michael A. Boykin, whose term expires, is not eligible for re-election.

On-line Luncheon Registration:

Members planning to attend the Omega Life Membership Memorial Luncheon must register. The registration fee for this Luncheon is $75.00 per-person, which must be paid by July 8, 2016. This is one of the highlights of the meeting and is highly recommended. Members are encouraged to invite their significant other to the Luncheon. There will be no on-site registration for the Memorial Luncheon.
