"Understand Workforce Trends, 
Evaluate How Trends Impact Your Work & Discover New Interventions"


Please join this hands-on workshop led by Rich Feller, Ph.D., former President of NCDA. 


Learn about the changing workplace and evaluate labor market information essential to providing results-driven career counseling. New career interventions and essential assessments for career counseling all clients will be introduced and practiced.

Dr. Feller will deliver an interactive day-long workshop exploring how gamification, peer support, technology, and self-directed programs can increase a career specialist’s impact. He will also facilitate an interactive afternoon where attendees will learn about and try out tips, tools, and techniques that improve impact and scale.  

The morning will also include a panel of local   
workforce development experts who will connect   
Dr. Feller’s work to trends, both demographic   
and economic, in Maine specifically. 
Workshop attendees will leave with more  
knowledge of the local workforce development landscape, inspiration to increase their impact as individuals and organizations, and new  
ideas and techniques that enhance their  
capacity and ability to do so.

More about Rich Feller, Ph.D.:

Professor and University Distinguished Teaching Scholar at Colorado State University, Dr. Feller has served as President of the National Career Development Association. A former school, vocational, and admissions counselor, and coordinator of the Counseling and Career Development and Student Affairs in Higher Education graduate programs at Colorado State University, he also taught in the Organizational Performance and Change graduate program.
