Training Overview
The NYMCI September 11, 2017 training will focus on DiSC Behavioral Styles for greater personal and career success.
The DiSC profile is a non-judgmental tool used for discussion of people's behavioral differences This instrument recognizes four basic, predictable behavior patterns observed in human beings that can provide insights and skills necessary to enhance career success.
Understanding your own DiSC Behavioral Style, and the style of others, gives you powerful social interaction tools, that enable you to tailor your social interactions to bridge potential conflicts that sometimes occur between differing personality types.
