When do you move from equity capital to working capital and how do you access it?
As growing companies reach a revenue producing stage, they need to build new financial relationships with banks and lenders that can help them operate their business. This session is designed to introduce entrepreneurs to the mechanics of lending - from the credit models and terms that lenders use to make loans to the ways companies can ready themselves to be borrowers. Laying the groundwork well in the beginning will help build the financial relationships that you need to grow. The participants include PNC, Silicon Valley Bank and Lighter Capital, experienced lenders to the startup community, as well as company founders to share personal experience with working capital.
