Halloween Bash 2014 (Vendor Registration) 

Thank you for your interest in promoting your business / services at our 6th Annual Halloween Bash at Leapin' Lizards.  We had a blast in last year's event and hosted over 350 people.  You will be placed in the mix of our party guests to promote your business to potential new clients!  In order to make this another huge success, we ask you to promote this event to ALL your contacts, newsletters and allow us to place flyers in your facility.  This will ensure a larger turnout!  We are looking for family friendly vendors as the majority of our guest will be children and their families.

We have 3 levels of participation:

EVENT SPONSOR LEVEL ($100.00):

We have only 4 Event Sponsorship levels available.  Your Sponsorship will provide you with:

• All of the VENDOR level promotions
• Logo included in our Poster and Flyers as "Sponsored By:" --- Deadline is Oct 12th for inclusion
• Website link on our website through December 2014
• Additional promotion of your company as a sponsor during the MC the day of the event
• All Sponsors will be mentioned by the MC throughout the day of the event

VENDOR LEVEL ($50.00):

• THREE tickets to the events for employee, family, friends or future clients ($45 value)
• One 6' table and two chairs (electricity not included)
• Link back to your website from Leapin' Lizards Newsletter (8K distribution)
• Inclusion of your promotional material in each Trick or Treat bag distributed (300 bags).  Must provide a flyer or coupon 7 days before the event to be included.
• Hundreds of potential clients parading by your table

 

PARTNER LEVEL ($35.00):

If you cannot make the event but still want to partner to get your company in front of all our guest the PARTNER LEVEL is for you!  This includes:

• All the VENDOR LEVEL promotions but without the table and chairs
