Natural Remedies for Arthritis Relief

When treating any disease, it’s important to look at the underlying factors that have contributed to the disease in the first place – not just chase symptoms. Chasing symptoms with medications or surgery is like cutting off the leaves of a tree when the problem is at the root.

During this class we will explore the underlying factors that contribute to the development of Osteo, Rheumatoid and other forms of arthritis. We will cover inflammation, immune malfunction, endocrine balance, stress response, digestion & gut health, lifestyle factors, and nutrition. Plus, we’ll discuss acupuncture and an assortment of natural remedies to help you get it under control and hopefully get it reversed.

This class will be presented live, in person at Vital Health. It will also be available to view via Zoom. Registration fee (either in person or via Zoom) is $15.
