Organizations have an opportunity to sponsor and/or exhibit during the NeATA Conference.  All sponsors and exhibitors are recognized throughout the conference and are encouraged to submit logos and/or ads to display electronically during conference breaks.   Exhibit booths are approximately 8'x10' and include an 8' table.  Exhibits open at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday and conclude at 4:00 p.m. Thursday. Set-up is Wednesday, Feburary 7, 9:00 am - 1:30 p.m.  All exhibits must be removed between 4:00 - 6:00 p.m. Thursday, February 8.

There are two sponsorship opportunities:

RTK Sponsor, $1000: 

-Opportunity to speak at the podium (up to 15 minutes scheduled during a general session)
-Exhibit space, table on lower level and in banquet hall and 2 registrations included
-Company logo/ad displayed electronically throughout conference
-Listing in conference program by Sponsorship level

WAAS Sponsor, $500: 

-Exhibit space, table on lower level and in banquet hall and 1 registration included
-Company logo/ad displayed electronically throughout conference
-Listing in conference program by Sponsorship level

 Hotel Accommodations:  Rooms are reserved at the Fairfield Inn and Suites connected to the Younes Conference Center, by calling 1-308-236-4200.  Group rates of $99.95 are good through January 9, 2018.
 

 

Cancellations:  In the event you are unable to attend or the conference is cancelled due to uncontrollable circumstances, your fee will be considered a donation to NeATA, a non-profit orgranization.
