SHIFT Event April 7, 2014,

Unleash Your Super Innerhero

Ryan Estis

Please join us for our Monthly SHIFT Forum "Unleash Your Super Innerhero" with Ryan Estis.

Fear. Doubt. Stress. Uncertainty. All of us face them. They inevitably show up in life. The trouble is, they can become barriers that threaten to inhibit our performance.

The good news, says business performance expert Ryan Estis, is that we all possess a deep reservoir of potential. At the next SHIFT Forum, Ryan will lead a workshop experience designed to tap into that potential. He offers eight core insights that help people initiate or accelerate the process of becoming their very best. We are living through an incredible period of transformation. Ryan will show us how to turn this moment into an opportunity, embrace what is next, and let go of the things we cannot control to find more meaning, mastery and momentum in our work life.

You’ll come away from this Forum knowing how to:

* Take advantage of change as a catalyst for growth and success

* Employ transformation techniques designed to unleash peak performance

* Work from a “position of influence”

* Build “high trust–high value” relationships

* Apply Ryan’s Superhero ethos: “Be humble. Stay hungry. Always hustle.”

Ryan Estis is former chief strategy officer for people marketing division of McCann-Erickson World Group Advertising. He is widely recognized as a leading expert in leadership and culture, sales effectiveness, brand experience and the future of work. He was recently recognized as “one of the best keynote speakers seen or heard” by Meetings & Conventions Magazine.
