April 13 ONLINE Forum - Staying Happy and Healthy When Working from Home

Tackling the messiness of the remote-work mandate.

Many of you may already have been working from home and are familiar with working virtually, but for many of us the mandate to work from home has taken us by surprise.

Some of us may be working at home in close quarters with our families, others may be feeling very isolated, needless to say, we are all having a very human experience.  Regardless of whether we have done it full time or part time in the past, this new work-from-home reality can take a toll.

This interactive session will share best practices on staying healthy and happy when working from home. We will be talking about creating a schedule that supports your personal and work life, setting boundaries, incorporating healthy habits into your day and stress reducing activities that you can really use.

You'll leave the evening online session with tips on how to deal with these hidden stressors and successfully manage the "New Normal".

We want everyone to have access to this training regardless of financial standing. If your financial means are a barrier for your full participation, then choose an amount that works for you. If you have the means to “pay it forward”, please do. Regardless of the amount you choose, you will have the same privileges and access to content as everyone else.

Please choose an amount that feels right to you given:

  • Your financial means
  •  Your anticipation of value
  •  Similar trainings on the "market"
  •  What represents a gesture of commitment
  •  Your desire to support our work

To donate, please click the button below PRIOR to clicking the event registration link at the botton of the page.

When you give to SHIFT, your donated funds are used to run the year-round programs that support our mission of providing support, education and workshops to people in midlife navigating work or life transition. The bulk of the money we receive goes directly to these initiatives. A portion is also used to serve day-to-day needs and operational expenses so we can continue to offer these programs to our members.  Thank you for your generous support.
