How to Support Every Single Exhibitor & Sponsor Effectively presented by Robyn Davis

"Yes – You Can Empower Every Single Exhibitor & Sponsor!"

If you’re like many exhibition organizers, one of your biggest challenges from the past couple years may have been watching your exhibitors and sponsors struggle… especially if you haven’t had the time, budget, or information required to help them as much as you’d like. Fortunately, you don’t have to struggle anymore, and neither do they! In fact, one of the skills you’ve been strengthening the most through this time may also be your solution: teamwork.

In this interactive session, you’ll collaborate with other exhibition organizers, dedicated supplier partners, and our favorite exhibitor success trainer (Robyn at Exhibitors WINH LLC) to create a realistic plan to support each of your exhibitors and sponsors better, together, moving forward.

NOTE: Your supplier partners, internal colleagues, and others related to your trade shows are not only invited, but encouraged, to participate – we’ll share specific ideas and advice to help your entire extended trade show team contribute to the success of your exhibitors and sponsors!

Specifically, in this session, you will:

  • Identify the 8+ categories of exhibitors and sponsors who each need your help in their own way, making special note of any who may have been overlooked or underserved previously so you can remedy that ASAP
  • List 7 types of support your exhibitors and sponsors need now, along with 3 levels of service you should consider providing (tailoring your efforts so you can provide more meaningful support, even with fewer available resources)
  • Outline a simple 3-step action plan to immediately implement what you’ve learned and brainstorm even more actionable ideas with your peers.
