Cybersecurity Incident Reporting Exercise

REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED. WALK-INS ARE WELCOME. Please join us on the day of the event.

Who you gonna call? When a cyber incident happens, who, where, what, and when will you report? Join us on September 12, 2018, for a half-day exercise to review a Concept of Operations (CONOPS) and test scenarios for a regional reporting process developed to answer those questions.

The Center for Regional Disaster Resilience (CRDR) and Pacific NorthWest Economic Region's (PNWER) Cybersecurity Sitational Awareness Project, funded by DHS, has develped a CONOPS to create a clear process for reporting cybersecurity incidents. The goal of the CONOPS is to standardize a regional reporting method for cybersecurity incidents. The overarching goal of the workshop is to test the CONOPS that has been developed.

During lunch, hear from DHS and King County Elections about the cybersecurity of our national and local election infrastructure.

Date: September 12, 2018 from 8:00AM - 12:30PM

Location: DoubleTree Suites Southcenter, 16500 Southcenter Parkway, Seattle, WA 98188

Schedule: Registration opens at 8:00AM. The exercise will begin at 8:30AM.

Free to attend.
