How to Help a Grieving Friend

Hospice of the Red River Valley's upcoming virtual Lunch & Learn is on Tuesday, November 8, from noon-1 p.m. Jennifer Messelt, LMSW, LGSW, HRRV Grief Specialist, will present "How to Help a Grieving Friend." In this collaborative session, participants will explore common grief reactions and understand ways to support someone who is grieving.
