Ethic of Care – intertwining of care for the other and care for the self

Ethic of Communication – communication is more than talk; intention vs. meaning

• Basic day to day practices – acknowledging everyone, including support staff; eye contact; even when you’re not communicating you’re communicating (nonverbal)

• Compassionate conflict
