for Eldercare Professionals
Thursday, May 22, 2014

Do you wonder how some people handle conflict better than others?
When you see families bickering
(and perhaps an older adult suffering)
what do you do?
Would you like to better understand
how to be more effective
at helping older adults and their families
reach resolve?
Very interactive!
