During Day of Drones many different remotely piloted aircraft will be on display, and private multi-rotor drone operators will fly demonstrations throughout the event.

RoboNation is Celebrating 20 Years! Student-designed-and-built autonomous robotic submarines must complete a difficult series of visual- and acoustic-based tasks in this international competition. These tasks simulate the work required of robotic subs in many facets of underwater activity.
ABOUT AUVSI FOUNDATION
The purposes for which the AUVSI Foundation was formed are to sponsor, promote and conduct charitable, educational and scientific activities that:
- Educate the public as to the role of unmanned vehicle systems technology in modern society;
- Provide opportunities for the participation of young technologists in scientific meetings in the field of unmanned vehicle systems technology;
- Provide opportunities to aid in the formal training and education of individuals in unmanned vehicle systems technology;
- Aid the Association for Unmanned Vehicle Systems International (AUVSI) in promoting education activities in unmanned vehicle systems technology.
In an effort to meet these goals, the AUVSI Foundation created RoboNation – a robotics community built to for the next generation of builders, creators, engineers and leaders which includes:
