Psychotropic Medication (4 Part Series): PART 1 (Videoconference) 

Part 1: Antidepressants

Presenters: Terry Broda and Elizabeth Kacew

Terry Broda and Elizabeth Kacew, Nurse Practitioners, will facilitate a four-part interactive videoconference series on the types of psychiatric medications commonly prescribed to people with intellectual disabilities. A brief overview of the medication and its use will be provided, followed by an overview of the potential side effects to observe.
