Membership Program 

Thank you for your interest in becoming a member, and/or giving a gift of membership, of the Sports Legacy Institute (SLI).  Our members are part of a community of people who value our mission and want to make a difference in our efforts to solve the concussion crisis.  As a member, your commitment helps our team develop our groundbreaking research into educational programs and policy change to keep athletes safe.

Advocates – $100 per year

• A personalized, autographed copy of Head Games by Chris Nowinski
• Quarterly conference calls with SLI Staff
• A monthly e-newsletter for members only
• Discounts to SLI events 

Champions receive Advocate level benefits, as well as:

• Invitations to bi-annual conference calls with the Co-Directors of the Boston University Center for the Study of Traumatic Encephalopathy (CSTE) and athletes

Leaders receive Advocate and Champion level benefits, as well as:

• Invitations to quarterly conference calls with the Co-Directors of the Boston University Center for the Study of Traumatic Encephalopathy (CSTE) and athletes 
• An autographed copy of Dr. Robert Cantu’s Concussions and Our Kids
