Once you have a business concept and legal entity you need to set up your marketing program.  Customers don't just walk in the door.  They do not automatically gravitate to your product or service.  Our workshop shows you how to set up an effective marketing program.  We use the FOUR C's as a discussion guide to develop a strong program - Company, Capabilities, Customers and Competitors.  We'll finish the workshop with a primer on the internet and social media.
