This series consists of two sessions which will help you set and achieve your company's sales goals.


BP 305 Sales Planning and Sales Strategies - Wednesday, March 13, 9AM to 1PM.

  • Why is my sales funnel the most important key to the success of my business? 
  • How do I determine my monthly quotas? What are my conversion rates?
  • Why is it critical to keep increasing my conversion rates?

By the end of this course you will:

  • Know how to use your sales funnel and conversion rates to determine if your current sales effort is enough or how much you need to increase your efforts.
  • Learn how to move sales forward by overcoming customer pushback
  • Develop a sales plan to help drive your success for the next 90 days.

BP 306 Sales Skills Workshop - Wednesday, March 20, 9AM to 1PM.

  • Would you like to sharpen your sales presentation and close more sales?
  • Are you not even sure how to create a professional Sales Process?
  • Do sales scare you?

We will:

  • Explain the psychology of sales
  • Take you through a Nine Step process to build your sales presentation
  • Explain how to ask relevant and thought provoking question of the customer to uncover needs and create trust.
  • Show you how to handle objections and close the sale.
Registrants must be one of the following
  •  SCORE Client
  • Emerging Leader Graduate.
  • Tech Town Retail Boot Camp
  • Goldman Sachs Graduate
  • Detroit SCORE Business Group (CEO Roundtable)
In addition, must be:
  • already in business
  • and
  • Owner or sales person
