Levi Warren-Cancer Survivor

Charity Golf Tournement  

 

 

 

On Saturday, June 15, 2013 at 8:00 am, we will tee off in honor of Levi Warren and his battle against testicular cancer. Please join us for a shotgun start golf tournament at The Canyons at Blackjack Ridge in Sand Springs, Oklahoma. It will be a great time for a great cause! We also have a GoFundMe Donation page with the full story about his battle against cancer and insurance. 

Prizes will be awarded for:

  • Closest to pin
  • Longest drive 
  • Straightest drive    
  • 1st winning team    
  • 2nd winning team

Four man team registrations are open and you may sign up by clicking the register now button at the bottom of this page. The entry fee is $125 per person and includes golf cart and lunch. Registration deadline is June 1st. Blue Ribbon Fellowship is a registered  501(c) Non-Profit Organization located in Oklahoma. Donations may be tax deductible in accordance with IRS regulations.
