We’re so excited to share the details of our long awaited reunion.  Picture a gorgeous sunset spanning the horizon where the ocean meets the sky.  Panoramic views of the harbor leading to the pacific ocean, Queen Mary, the marina  and you’re enjoying the ambiance while mingling with classmates from years ago in an informal and relaxed atmosphere.  We’ll enjoy a festive environment under a huge umbrella with twinkling lights. The warmth of the outdoor heaters and the fire pit add to the cozy feel of this intimate gathering.  Enjoy meticulously prepared dishes inspired by coastal Mexican and Latin American cuisines.  Purchase the drinks of your choice at the no host bar.

Hotel Maya –is the location for our reunion, a scenic downtown Long Beach waterfront  hotel   that offers full-service, upscale California resort appointments  fusing Latin American and Southern California styles. Just minutes from the Long Beach Convention Center, the Pike at Rainbow Harbor dining and entertainment complex and all major freeways. This waterfront hotel is located on the shuttle line to downtown Long Beach and is only 30 minutes from LAX, as well as convenient to the Orange County, Long Beach, Burbank and Ontario airports.

Sunday Morning Brunch:   For those who are staying at the hotel and those who are not,  but want to join us, we will be at Ascari Ristorante at the Hilton.  Meet at the ristorante at 10 ish  AM for brunch with your classmates.  We need a head count for Sunday brunch.  Please email and let us know if you're coming:

After Glow:  The Esplanade area will close at 10 pm.  We all know that “totally cool” times are had, after the “main” event.  Enjoy a wonderful time of sharing and rekindling your friendships by joining us in the  at the Hilton, bringing a bottle of wine to share for the after glow.  In years past this has proven to be a very relaxed, casual time, some of us have stayed up all night!  Who needs their beauty sleep any way.

Cost:   $85    This will be a prepaid event, and you’ll be able to make your payment via Paypal (instructions included when you register/rsvp on this site.)

 It’s taken a while for us to find the “perfect” venue,  but this one is exciting and we know you’ll be excited about it too.   The days are counting down like greased lightening and we need a head count PDQ (pretty damn quick) so please click to RSVP  and confirm your attendance at our 40th reunion ASAP!  Your classmate, Jana Holcomb-Kidd had a prior commitment, but decided that “this is a once in a lifetime event that she couldn’t miss!”  We hope you’ll feel that way too… make this a priority and don’t miss this special event—who knows when the next one will be!
