Are you thinking about starting a non-profit organization?  This seminar will provide insights into the steps to take before starting a non-profit corporation.  Did you know the I.R.S. has a simple process?  Unfortunately, the State of Nevada and Clark County are making it more difficult to start and operate a non-profit.  In this seminar we will review the forms and requirements including what is necessary and what is not.  Other topics include -

• Creating incentives for members and staff
• Maximizing foundation and major gift donations
