March Women's Networking Breakfast

Using Kolbe To Improve Your Relationships

The Kolbe test measures how people work when motivated. This is innate, you are born with a pattern of taking action that doesn't change over time. You can count on it.  Gail will discuss the advantages of knowing how the people closest to you work naturally.  When you know how someone works, how does that change your outlook toward them and life?  All of us are in relationships with people throughout our lives. We either feel filled up or wrung out when we are with these people. Gail will share a timeline of her life and give examples of how knowing how those closest to her work, has  helped her relationships with those people.

•First relationship: Family-Mom, Dad, brother, Gail 0-21 years of age
•Second relationship: Work (found out my Kolbe MO), Husband 22-45 years of age
•Third relationship: My Family, Noah and Tyler and How I work with people (45+ years of age)

Life is not easy, sometimes it's like People Soup, there are different personalities and experiences. When you know how someone works can't be changed, it allows you to release the grip and watch the magic in how that loved one can and will solve a problem when motivated to do so.
