The NH Building Code: What is it and how to use it

The NH legislature has recently updated RSA 155:A to adopt the 2018 editions of the International Codes. This presentation will describe what the NH Building Code includes and look at the changes in two of the adopted codes; the International Building Code and the International Residential Code.
A Just Practice: Serving the Triple Bottom Line

The intent of the course is to introduce architects to two business metrics that measure the environmental, social and governance (ESG) of a company. Certified B Corporations meet specific standards on a range of metrics, and Just, a voluntary evaluation and transparency tool. We will review what the measures are, how they are tracked and reported, and the potential positive effects on firm health, the profession, and the economy at large.
