Josh Harwood
Josh currently serves as the City Economist for our fair city, providing financial forecasts for city budgeting, as well as advising on a variety of city finance issues. Prior to joining the City in 2010, he worked for the Oregon Office of Economic Analysis and served as Chief Economist in the Colorado Governor's Office. In these capacities, he has been responsible for forecasting income, sales, and property taxes, as well as tobacco, transportation and oil, and gas revenues. He currently serves on the State Revenue Forecast Advisory Committee and the Oregon League of Cities Finance and Taxation Committee.
