This event is perfect for families looking to gain more foot traffic on yard sale items OR businesses of any type (selling product or information). There are 50+ spaces available!

Vendors will be set up along the front of the store right along John Sims Pkwy. The City of Valparaiso closes Lincoln Avenue the length of the building to the right side of ReRuns 4 Wee Ones. We use our parking lot, Totten and Totten's parking lot, as well as the center of Lincoln Ave to divide spaces. 

This is our 5th Community Sale. Our last event we had roughly 250 people attend. Around 60% of our vendors were businesses and 40% were yard sale related. 

1 space is roughly 8x12 in size. The standard space fee is $15 and secures 1 space for the event. There are limited spaces with power sources and an additional $5 fee. Tables are not provided however we have 6 tables available for an additional $5 fee.

If you are interested in multiple spaces please register for each space separately but under the same name if you would like the spaces to be side by side. 

Space Fees:

  one 8x12 space    $15

  one 8x12 space with a power source $20 - 3 available (extention cord not included)

  one 8x12 space with a 4ft table provided $20 - 2 available

  one 8x12 space with a 5ft table provided $20 - 4 available

 

We allow an hour set up prior to the event start time. Set up starts as early as 6 am. The event is scheduled to start at 7 am. Our location provides plenty of parking for guest and a designated parking area for all vendors setting up! We recommend bringing an overhead canopy, chairs, and plenty of water for yourself during the event hours. 

Our event will be fully advertised in the community through paper flyers, social media coverage, and street signs the day before and of the event.

We have paper flyers available for any registrant to pick up and pass out to the community for more exposure. We will have a Facebook Event set up as well for all to share.
