Romance is in the air, and you deserve to celebrate Valentine's Day served a 5 -course meal lovingly prepared by our own Executive Chef while listening to the upbeat, classical acoustics of "Eclectic Muse", the trio you all love!  We have created an early, memorable evening for you, and seating is limited, so don't wait!

THE EVENING

6 pm:  Be in your pre-assigned seats, Wine Bar, "Eclectic Muse"

6-8pm Wine Bar(cash/cc), Meal Service at your pre- assigned tables, "Eclectic Muse"(Dance Floor Area for snuggling!)

9 pm: Finale, Tasting Room Open for shopping!

First Course

Amuse' Bouche'

Second Course

N'Awlins inspired Shrimp and Grits, Andouille Sausage, creole- crawfish gravy, creamy, stone-ground cheese grits, crispy onions

Third Course

Baby mixed greens with Brie, toasted almonds, vine tomatoes, radish- House Balsamic Vinaigarette

Fourth Course: Choose one on your registration form

Beef Wellington: 8 oz filet of beef wrapped with procuitto and puff pastry duxelles, served with butter-poached asparagus, whipped potatoes, carmelized onion, au jus

OR

Crispy -Seared Duck Breast: Succulent, cooked-to-perfection, house -prepared duck breast served with sweet potato puree, charred bok choy, wild shitake mushrooms, cherry duck demi, wonton tuiles

OR

Wild Foraged Mushroom Marsala: Medley of Fresh mushrooms in a rich Marsala cream nestled in puff pastry served with roasted spaghetti squash, haricot verts, parsnip-cauliflower mash

Fifth Course

Ebony and Ivory Cheesecake: Half NY style cheesecake half milk-chocolate mousse with brownie crust, dark chocolate ganache, white chocolate drizzle accompanied by white and dark chocolate-covered strawberries

Beverages: WCV Wine for purchase(one glass included with ticket), Tison Water, Sweet Tea, Unsweetened Tea, Coffee Bar
