Transportation Supersession attendees get the special "early bird" rate. ($130 per night + tax), this is only good until August 30 (or until we fill up our room block), so make your reservations ASAP.

 

Planning for the 29th Annual Tampa Bay Transportation Supersession is well underway! If you were a Sponsor or Exhibitor last year, we welcome you back and hope you will maintain your level of sponsorship or act boldly by increasing your participation. If you were not, we invite you or your company to be a Sponsor or Exhibitor at this year’s 2018 Supersession event. We even have opportunities for Koozie Sponsors at the Bars if you would like to have your company Koozie on bottled and canned drinks!

This is a great opportunity for your company to advertise in the local community. Don’t miss your chance to help make one of the premier transportation events in the Tampa Bay area a great success! Proceeds from this year’s event will be used to fund the American Society of Highway Engineer’s Scholarship Fund at the University of South Florida and other non-profit activities. Last year, more than 450 professionals from the Tampa Bay area attended to reconnect with friends, colleagues, clients, and associates.

    Includes one complimentary registration, Organization Name/Logo displayed in the koozies handed out at the bar. Must provide a minimum of 100 koozies. (After 9/7/18 Sponsorship is $225)
  • $225.00 Sponsor
     Includes one complimentary registration, Organization Name/Logo displayed in Supersession program and one presentation slide shown at the event.  (After 9/7/18 Sponsorship is $300)
  • $325.00 Exhibitor
    Includes display table in the exhibitor area, one complimentary registration, Organization Name/Logo displayed in Supersession program and one presentation slide shown at the event. 
    (After 9/7/18 Exhibitors are $400)
  • $750.00 Reserved Table (Best Deal)
    Includes ten registrations, Organization name on table at a preferred location provided on a first come first serve basis. Become a Sponsor for an additional $150 and have your Organization Name / Logo displayed in Supersession program and one presentation slide shown at the event.
