Management Development Course

Lee's Summit, MO April 13-16, 2020

This is a comprehensive 32-hour management course that is second in our leadership series and is intended for current first line supervisors, managers or senior executives who are either preparing for or engaged with organizational management. The course is segmented into three individual training modules that are designed to encompass a variety of essential management principles. Module I exposes participants to a variety of foundational management principles and strategies, as well as comprehensive discussion related to organizational behavior. Module II exposes participants to essential personnel management philosophies that include communication, ethical considerations and motivation. Module III offers effective human resource considerations, in addition to legal and policy considerations facing today's managers.

** This is a 32-hour POST approved course and the following hours will be awarded from each of the core curricula areas:

32-hours Total: CEH 8-hours technical skill, 4-hours skill development, 8-hours legal studies and 12-hours interpersonal relations.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Cost for the Management Development Course is $350.00 per attendee.  Refunds will not be given after April 6, 2020 but registration can be transferred to another individual from your agency.

You can register up to 5 people from your organization at one time.

** This course must have a minimum enrollment of 12 people in order for it to be held.
