WWBN Feb 18 - In conversation with Joanne Arnold,
Soulful Sister Aromatherapy

Our agenda will begin with networking outlined below, followed by Joanne Arnold.

Journey from cottage business, to Dragon's Den, to North American e-commerce business.
Inspiration from Joanne Arnold, owner of Soulful Sister Aromatherapy, Langford, BC.

Joanne Arnold’s 16 year journey of building and creating Soulful Sister Aromatherapy is a journey of both business and personal growth.

Armed with a love of aromatherapy and herbal medicine, and a suite in her house she embarked on the entrepreneurial journey. With no business training or accounting knowledge, she made up for it with passion, determination and a willingness to learn, listening to business books on audible and business podcasts. Creating products, selling online and at retail craft shows across Canada, she learned by watching customers shop, listening to their wants and needs and looking for opportunities,

She applied for the Dragon’s Den and was accepted immediately after auditioning and culminated with a ‘Deal’ from Jim Treliving. Unfortunately the deal fell through and she felt like a failure. Getting out of that rut was difficult but Joanne picked myself up, created a vision and a plan and pushed forward.
Today Soulful Sister Aromatherapy products can be found in over 100 retail stores across Canada, online and in her brick and mortar store in Langford, BC.

You don’t want to miss this powerful and authentic talk on Feb 18th with Joanne as she shares the growth from the start-up of Soulful Sister to the Dragons Den, to lessons she’s learned along the way. https://soulfulsister.com/
