Sara is the Founder and CEO of 1BC Consulting, Inc., a Human Resources Consulting Firm. Her firm consults small and mid-size companies, providing guidance in areas such as Labor & Employment, Compliance, Employee Relations, Hiring Processes, and Training & Development, etc.
Sara is a proactive and people-driven Human Resources Executive with 15+ years of experiences in Human Resources operations, with a strong track record in luxury, midscale and select service companies. She has experience with change management, conflict resolution, benefits administration, employee relations, mediation, selection process, on-boarding, performance management, personnel training and record keeping. She is equally adept at optimizing performance through organizational change, excellent problem solving skills, and communications.
Sara holds a Certification as a Professional in Human Resources Administration from Florida International University (FIU) and has earned a Bachelor Degree in Psychology (Magna Cum Laude) from Carlos Albizu University Miami Campus. She is currently pursuing a Master Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology to continue learning and assisting the firm's clientele in building great workplaces. She is also an active member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), The Doral Chamber of Commerce (DCC), South Florida Hospitality Human Resources Association (SFLHHRA), and the South Florida Chapter Honor Society in Psychology (Psi Chi).

Bayardo Alemán represents employers and management in all areas of labor and employment law, including defending lawsuits in the areas of employment discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, whistleblower claims and denial of ERISA benefits. He has extensive experience defending wage and hour lawsuits and representing employers against employees in violation of non-competition agreements. Bayardo also counsels employers on day-to-day human resources issues. He earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.
