Leadership is a lifelong journey that starts with the self, building on strengths, and intentionally utilizing them to lead and develop others. Leaders who engage in certain practices create an environment where employees feel motivated and inspired to bring their best to work. Learn strategies that enable you to enlist the cooperation of others, and facilitate the expression of their strongest skills and abilities to achieve organizational success. Interactive applied learning activities will serve to reinforce learning.

Dr. Albizu, Founder and Co-President of the R-A Pinnacle Group, is a leadership development specialist, executive coach, trainer and speaker who is passionate about helping individuals, teams and organizations develop the leadership and interpersonal relationship skills needed to achieve personal and professional success. She espouses a model that integrates leadership practices with interpersonal skills, applicable both to professional and family life, and uses her practical expertise in mental health, psychology and leadership to achieve results. Dr. Albizu has an EdD in Higher Education Leadership from Nova Southeastern University, is a Fellow of the National Hispana Leadership Institute, the Harvard Kennedy School of Government's Executive Leadership Program, and the Center for Creative Leadership.
