The Presenters

Roberto Gonzalez :  Roberto Gonzalez is a Managing Partner at PereGonza Law Group. Roberto is a Miami native whose areas of practice focus in Family Law, Corporate Law, Homeowners Insurance Litigation, Real Estate Litigation and Civil Litigation. Roberto attended Saint Thomas University where he received a Bachelors in Arts degree in English Literature with a minor in Philosophy; shortly after, Roberto went on to receive a Juris Doctorate degree from St. Thomas University School of Law. Roberto is passionate about law and a member of good standing with the Florida Bar. He is licensed to practice in both the state of Florida along with the Southern District of Florida, United States District Court.

Juan Perez: Juan Perez is a Managing Partner at PereGonza Law Group. Juan is admitted to practice law in the state of Florida and the Southern District of Florida, United States District Court. His primary areas of practice are Homeowners Insurance & Corporate Litigation, Business Law, Trademarks, and Real Estate. Juan attended Florida International University and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. In Florida International University he made Dean’s List and graduated magna cum laude. Juan earned a Juris Doctorate degree from St. Thomas University School of Law.  He graduated with honors, cum laude, and was top 15% of his class. Juan is a devoted husband and father. He’s a member in good standing with the Florida Bar.

Maria E Shalack: Florida Licensed Public Adjuster

Maria has been licensed over 17 years as a Florida Public Insurance Adjuster. She has experience handling property insurance claims, residential and commercial, such as hurricane claims, water damage claims, mold, tornado, fire and business claims. She has helped thousands of homeowners and property owners get paid on their claims, from the beginning of the claim, or by reopening the file and getting them more money. Maria is a consumer advocate and her number one priority is getting the policyholder the funds they need to fix their property.

 

Jimmy Gagne: Loss Consultant and Insurance Appraiser

Jimmy has over 20 years experience in construction, as well as in sales and negotiation skills. He is currently working with A&H Public Adjusters and several Attorneys in Florida as a loss consultant and expert witness to get property owners paid on their claims. He has experience with writing the estimates necessary, so the Public Adjuster and Attorneys can negotiate with the insurance the maximum settlement and get the policyholder the money needed for the repairs. He is also an Insurance Appraiser for property claims.
