Voting Requirements:

Members eligible to vote are those who have paid their dues to both Section and Society and have a voting membership grade (as defined by ASCE).  Voting membership grades are: Associate Member, Member, Distinguished Member, Life Member, and Fellow.  Affiliate and Student Members, while not eligible to vote, are also welcome to the event for this celebration/kickoff.
