Join our conversation May 1, 2018!

The HC21 Team has assembled nationally known speakers in the health benefits industry to inspire our attendees with innovative strategies and practical tools to help improve health and health care within our communities. Our annual Forum combines thoughtful education and peer networking opportunities for more than 250 human resource managers, benefit managers, health plan representatives, and health care professionals from the region's leading businesses.

The HC21 Team has worked determinedly with our Board and membership over the last couple of years to develop a targeted education campaign with the potential to push value into the healthcare market. This year’s Forum theme includes each focus area from our campaign; Contracting, Networks, Payment, and Benefit Design. Top industry experts and thought leaders will present to our Forum attendees the latest national developments and trends, and provide actionable information that can be utilized to make lasting improvements right here in Tennessee.

We hope you’ll join us May 1st and be a part of the conversation that seeks to change the status quo. Together, we are ONE VOICE!
