We are reminded of Abraham & Sarah's hospitality to the three strangers (Genesis 18:1-10). In welcoming these strangers, they were welcoming God. In Matthew 25:40, we recall Jesus' words, "Whatever you do to the least of my brothers and sisters, you do to me.

Hospitality is manifested in an open and welcoming spirit, a willingness to drop what we are doing and receive the other person when they need us.
Dear Friends,
Amistad Houston reaches out to help victims of Human Trafficking. This outreach involves assisting in moving survivors to secure housing. When these situations arise there is little notice and time is crucial in pulling together the resources to assist them in turning their houses into "Homes" where they will feel safe and comfortable. Many times they need the basic essentials that we so often take for granted.
It is always our intention to provide those we serve with dignity they deserve. We serve our brothers and sisters as if we are serving Christ and therefore we seek the very best for them. Your generous donation to our Homes of Hospitality Project, will help us multiply our efforts to turn houses into homes for victim survivors of human trafficking.
We invite you to visit our Virtual Needs Drive where you have the opportunity to provide these victims with basic life essentials, to help them rebuild their lives and celebrate their freedom. Your donation is tax deductible and 100% goes toward the purchase of your designated item/s.
Our Parish Outreach Ministry thanks you for partnering with us in bringing the joy of hospitality to these survivors in their time of need.
In His Service,
