Welcome to the 13th Annual Scarecrow Stroll! Check-in will be at Eastman Plaza, Tuesday, Oct. 13 (rain date Wed.), 3-6pm. At check-in you will receive: a nametag, pole assignment & zip-ties to secure your scarecrow. Please maintain social distancing and wear a mask while checking in.
