2014 Copenbarger Riverside Seminar
The 2014 seminars are designed to help you and your appointed successors in preparation of your trust coming to maturity. We will be presenting the facts for your Beneficiaries and Trustees including explanations of the Trust Administration and probate processes, inventory of assets, tax accountings, and what an improper administration looks like.
In years past, our client seminar topics have been designed specifically to educate you as a Settlor and Trustee; and to notify you of the changes in the laws that can affect your estate plan. This year we will be still be discussing potential law changes, but our focus will change significantly: our goal is to present a seminar that will be informative and helpful for your Trustees and Beneficiaries.
