 EXHIBITOR SCHEDULE:

OCTOBER 21, 2015
9:00 AM - 4:00 PM: Exhibitor Set-Up

Exhibitors are welcome to attend a cocktail reception from 4:30pm - 6:00pm on October 21, 2015. This function will be taking place in the Exhibit Hall prior to the NEWMA Excellence in Mfg./K-12 Partnerships Awards dinner. 

OCTOBER 22, 2015

7:00 AM - 8:00 AM: Exhibitor Set-Up (must be set by 8:00AM)
8:30 AM - 10:00AM: Exhibit Hall Open - Students
10:00 AM - 3:30 AM: Exhibit Hall Open - Business Attendees
3:30 PM - 8:30 PM: Exhibitor Take Down 

STUDENT ATTENDEES:
From 8:30 AM - 10:00 AM there will be junior and senior high school students (approximately 500) utilizing the exhibit hall, this was made possible by a special WMEP sponsorship. The NEW Manufacturing Alliance is trying to help students understand what is made in the New North, along with the great careers there are in manufacturing. Students will be participating in a career exploration event on the expo floor. Exhibitors will have members of their company from different occupational fields share career information with students. This is a wonderful opportunity for students to learn directly from people working in a career about their job. Last year's event had a variety of occupations spotlighted including: CNC machinist, engineers, welders, HR, industrial maintenance mechanics and IT. The career exploration activity will conclude at 10:00 AM and then the students will attend a session with Ryan Estis on "Passion and Purpose" until 11:00 AM. We are asking all exhibitors who are interested in having a career spotlighted in their booth to indicate this while completing the exhibitor online registration.
