STANDARD BOOTH INCLUDES:

  • Black pipe and draping (8' tall, 30" side rails)
  • 2 Director Chairs (able to choose from director or folding chairs)
  • 4" x 48" Name plate (name appears in "CAPITAL LETTERS")
  • Standard table with skirting - 42" high x 8' long (able to choose from additional table sizes)
  • WIFI (included at no cost)
  • 4 Tickets for attendance/maintenance of your booth (tickets are non-transferable)
  • Company name listed in the event day program
  • 150 Character product innovation sentence listed in the program

**Based on booth reservation by September 9th. After the deadline, the size of your booth could be reduced based on availability.

8:00am: Exhibitor Set Up Begins
12:30pm: Lunch available on site, cash basis
3:00pm: Set Up Ends
3:00pm - 4:30pm: Exhibit Hall Clean Up
4:30pm - 6:00pm: Cocktail Reception - Exhibit Hall Open (manning booth optional)

*Exhibitors are welcome and encouraged to man their booth and attend the cocktail reception from 4:30pm - 6:00pm on October 19, 2016. This function will be taking place in the Exhibit Hall prior to the NEWMA Excellence in Mfg./K-12 Partnerships Awards. 

OCTOBER 20, 2016
6:30am - 8:00am: Final Exhibitor Set Up (must be set-up no later than 8:00am)

8:00am:

8:00am - 10:00am: Exhibit Hall Open - High School Students
10:00am - 3:00pm: Exhibit Hall Open
12:00pm: Lunch & Learns
3:00pm - 5:00pm: Business After Hours in the Rotunda
3:00pm - 8:00pm: Exhibitor Take Down 

*Exhibitors are encouraged to attend the Keynote Speaker presentation in the upper hall with the rest of the business attendees. The high school exhibit session is targeted towards companies having career speakers within their booths. Business After Hours is a cocktail reception held in the rotunda and exhibitors are highly encouraged to attend.
