Racial Equity Training

Presented by

 (Racial Equity Institute)

This is a two-day process – that helps provide talking points, historical factors and an organizational definition of racism. The Racial Equity Institute (REI) believes that organizations are often working in very intentionally civil ways yet operating from multiple understandings that rely more on personal feelings and popular opinion. This creates complications to the goal of eliminating racial and ethnic disparities and producing equitable outcomes.

The Anti-Racism training, delivered by the Racial Equity Institute, LLC is designed to build the capacity of educators, health practitioners, child welfare advocates, judicial representatives, other professionals, and all persons who are interested in understanding and eliminating racial inequities, disparities and disproportionality within our society. This workshop is important for people who want to dismantle racism.

Neighbors for Better Neighborhoods is proud to bring Racial Equity Institute, LLC to Winston-Salem. This dynamic and transformational workshop is a part of our "Neighbors in Action" series.
