Asset Based Community Development 101 (The What and Why of ABCD)

This is a training process that develops an understanding of what is Asset Based Community Development and Why it is important when entering communities. It is a place-based foundational training that shows the difference between the traditional needs-based approach and brings awareness of why it is urgent to adjust the social service mindset.
