2nd Annual  "Fun"-raising Golf Scramble 

JOIN US FOR Foundations For Living's 2nd Annual "Fun" raising Golf Scramble. An $80 per person registration fee includes: 18 holes of golf plus cart at the beautiful Waupaca Country Club, a box lunch, a delicious dinner PLUS 50/50 raffle, bucket & silent auction, and hole prizes. Form a 4 person team to golf or come just to enjoy the fun.

Form your own team of four or come alone and we will put you on a team. 

NOT A GOLFER - You're welcome to JOIN US for Social Hour/Silent Auction at 4:00pm and Dinner/Awards at 4:30 pm . Cost for Dinner is only $25 (Cash Bar).  Also available this year is a raffle.  Buy  a $25.00 raffle square for a chance to win ..

1st prize a Hawaiian vacation for 2 including a 5 night stay at the Pono Kai Resort with air fare,

2nd prize $2000.00 worth of in stock furniture at Amish Furniture Warehouse in New London, WI, and

3rd prize $500.00 cash.

400 squares are available on a first come first served basis at Foundations For Living, Inc.  Winners will be drawn at 6:00 pm the night of the Golf Scamble
